The best risen and textured cakes have been using them.
If you aren't sure how to make your own tell me and I will insult your intelligence by explaining a simple thing.
I like the idea of the silicone ones, but you need different sizes to the pan size. The homemade ones work fantastic but are fussy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17784051.post-39248512710407984552008-01-29T18:31:00.000-08:002008-01-29T18:31:00.000-08:00Yeah, the 5 o'clock shadow seemed to be all right....Yeah, the 5 o'clock shadow seemed to be all right. You know cake eaters--they don't really care, they just want the cake.

I don't use the magi-cake strips or whatever they are called, but I am interested in the silicone liners Rose mentioned on her blog a while back...next time I'm at the Decorette shop I'll look for them. I need a new 9 inch springform so I'll be there soon.

evil cake ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09028488030328153196noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17784051.post-63527540491788381562008-01-29T16:48:00.000-08:002008-01-29T16:48:00.000-08:00You really are a sweetie to go to all this trouble...You really are a sweetie to go to all this trouble for your friend. But you are right. Those poor gluten intolerant souls deserve better baked goods! Right on, baking sister.
I think the cake looked lovely. I like the unshaven look given by the chocolate sprinkles. Trendy.
Question...do you use cake pan magi- strips insulators?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
